Dominica
Citizenship-by-Investment Program
Dominica is an independent Commonwealth country and is an island of remarkably unspoilt beauty, where lush, green forests roll across hills that stretch from shore to shore. Dominica’s CBI has straightforward requirements and offers many benefits. A USD 100,000 donation, or a USD 200,000 property purchase on the island, establishes Dominican citizenship for the whole family, including children and parents. Naturally background checks are completed, but they are undertaken swiftly and a decision is usually made within eight weeks of your application. Dominican citizens enjoy visa-free travel to Europe’s Schengen Area, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Russia and others.

Each application is vetted by Dominica Citizenship-by-Investment Unit (CIU) through a strict due diligence background check. If the application is successful, the CIU issues a letter instructing the applicant to either make the contribution (for the EDF option) or complete the purchase of his or her real estate. Upon receiving proof of payment/investment, the CIU issues the certificate of registration, establishing that the applicant has received Dominican citizenship.
