St. Kitts and Nevis is an independent Commonwealth country and located some 2,000 km to the southeast of Miami. The St Kitts and Nevis CBI is operating since 1984 and offers applicants to make a defined economic contribution to the country through the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) or a Government-approved real estate investment. In exchange, and subject to a stringent due diligence process, applicants and their families can become Kittitian citizens, and obtain the country’s passport within three to six months. If the application is successful, the CIU issues a letter instructing the applicant to either make the contribution (for the SGF option) or complete the purchase of his or her real estate.
